SHIPPING POLICY

We know the wait is the hardest part — so we work hard to get your order to you quickly, safely, and beautifully packaged.

ORDER PROCESSING
• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
• During sales, launches, and peak periods, processing may take slightly longer — thank you for your patience.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES
• Shipping options and costs are calculated and shown at checkout, before you pay.
• Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.
• Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is outside our control.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
• We're proud to ship to customers around the world (available destinations are shown at checkout).
• International delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
• Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may be charged by your country on arrival. These are determined by your local authorities and are the customer's responsibility — they are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
• If a parcel is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, any reshipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
• A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email.
• Tracking can take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch.
• If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, please contact us and we'll look into it.

DELAYS
While we do everything we can to ship on time, occasional delays can happen due to weather, carrier issues, customs, or high demand. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, email us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll help track it down.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PARCELS
• If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your order, please check with household members, neighbours, and your local carrier or post office first.
• For parcels that appear lost or stolen in transit, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL] and we'll do our best to help resolve it with the carrier.
• If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.

INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly or incompletely entered address. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, reshipping costs may apply.
